Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: available at checkout for an additional cost

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delays

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
